Overall very convenient and nice to use. However, today is the second time we have had an issue with an incorrect order. Last time it was just the side sauces that were missing, so we thought, "no big deal". Today, half the entire order was wrong and the side sauces were again missing. I am not sure if it is an error on the restaurant's or 919dine's side, but you would think that whoever is picking up the order would double check they are picking up the correct food. UPDATE: 919dine called me maybe 15 minutes after my review to address my complaint. They were very attentive, responsive, and it seems they credited back to me my entire order. I am very impressed with the response from the company. I understand these things happen, and with the way they addressed this, I certainly have no qualms about continuing to use their service! I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the promptness in which my food arrives as well as the accuracy of my order. I am a teacher and during the day am confined to the building and, therefore, unable to leave for lunch to pick something up. This is definitely a time saver when I don't have time to pack my own lunch in the morning before work.
I have used 919dine for delivery about 10 (or more) times. In every case, the food I ordered has been delivered within a couple of minutes (sometimes earlier, sometimes later) of the time I requested. The food has been handled carefully and is ready to eat when delivered. I’ve been impressed with the consistency of this delivery service and, as long as this continues, I will continue to use them!
I have been a regular customer since they started years ago and am very happy with their service. Their drivers are friendly, usually arrive on time or earlier and the food is delivered hot and well packaged. I especially love the large variety of restaurants available and their customer service has always been very responsive. I can highly recommend 919 Dine!
Great service, favorite go to, when you can't leave work and need food ASAP! Great customer service, had an issue with a charge on my card, which was a mistake due to me changing my order last minute, the 919Dine team were quick to get it corrected in less than 48 hours. A definite must use company! Keep up the great work!

I've been using this service since long before the days of Uber Eats. I've never had so much as a good experience, it has always been EXCELLENT. Great deliver drivers, timely delivery, fair pricing and an ever growing list of locally owned restaurants. Ditch the corporate food delivery, you won't regret it.
I was in a car accident and haven't been able to walk or drive for four months. This makes it difficult when I'm home alone during the day to eat - I've tried several meal delivering services and no one compares to 919 dine. The app is easier to use, the customer services is great, and the variety of restaurants far outweigh other services. I am thankful for their emails with small coupons and the ability to upload real pictures of the food so that others who order can see what really is delivered vs what it looks like in the restaurant. Also, the drivers are really nice!
